Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) Community-Based Rice – Mushroom Technology and Innovations for Sustainable Development in Bataan Team headed by Team Leader Dr. Rina Q. Paguia received the plaque of recognition as Civil Service Commission (CSC) Pag-asa Award Regional Winner (Group Category) in a ceremony held at CSC Regional Office, San Fernando, Pampanga on Tuesday.
Other awardees and members of the team are Study Leader Christian Balba, and Staff Mirasol Macaranas Rosano. Paguia is the BPSU Abucay campus Extension and Training Services chairperson (ETSO). They were accompanied in receiving the award by BPSU Vice President for Research, Extension and Training Services Dr. Hermogenes Paguia and Abucay campus ETSO staff April Moscosa.
Dr. Hermognes Paguia said BPSU Health Beyond Bars Team was also conferred 2022 Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award Regional Winner, headed by Dr. Ruby Matibag, Dean College of Nursing and Midwifery in the same ceremony. He commended the two CSC-awarded teams for bringing pride to the educational institution and serving as good examples to others.
